Esoteric Realms Presents the Art of POI
Come and learn how to play with POI. Spinning and dancing with POI enhances your life through awareness off your "4 bodies." Introduce more FUN into your life while developing the ability to increase all functions of your being.
POI will be provided during the lesson and can be purchased that day to bring them home and play with. POI can be done in your back yard, inside your home, and any green space.
What to wear:
Bring clothes that are breathable that you would wear to the gym. Athletic shoes and Water will be required.
